General Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these terms and conditions:

TRAVEL PACKAGE: Refers to the travel services provided by the ORGANIZER, including inbound travel packages for foreign tourists and local travel packages tailored for residents. These services may include luxury resort stays, local island trips, and other customized experiences based on the CLIENT’s preferences or service availability.

TRIP CONFIRMATION: Refers to the detailed description of the travel services contracted by the CLIENT. It serves as the binding agreement between the ORGANIZER and the CLIENT, except in cases where:
(a) Changes to the information are clearly communicated in writing prior to contract confirmation, with such changes explicitly mentioned in the proposal; or
(b) Modifications are made post-contract by mutual agreement in writing. -

CLIENT: The individual or organization requesting the ORGANIZER’s services, who may or may not be the end-user of these services. The CLIENT is deemed the principal party responsible unless otherwise specified in writing.

BENEFICIARY: The individual enjoying the services provided by the ORGANIZER, regardless of whether they are also the CLIENT.
2. Governing Laws
These terms and conditions adhere to all applicable local consumer and contractual laws and regulations.
3. Application of Terms
These terms are incorporated into all TRIP CONFIRMATIONS issued by the ORGANIZER and form a binding part of the agreement between the CLIENT and the ORGANIZER.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. By the Client
Clients may cancel their booking at any time before the trip. In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee of $150 per booking will be charged to cover administrative costs.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be provided based on the policies of service providers (resorts, airlines, etc.). Wherever possible, we will negotiate flexible terms to maximize refunds for our clients.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as promotional airfare, may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly indicated in the booking details.

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, travel bans, etc.), NPC Travels will work with service providers to secure refunds or reschedule travel, minimizing losses for clients.
2. By NPC Travels
If we must cancel a trip for reasons beyond the client’s control, clients may choose from the following options:

Full Refund: A complete refund of all payments made.

Alternative Arrangements: A similar or upgraded travel package, if available, at no additional cost.

5. Data Protection
NPC Travels is committed to protecting your personal information. All data provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing their travel bookings. We may share necessary details with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., resorts, airlines) to fulfill the contracted services. NPC Travels ensures that all data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 6. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided by NPC Travels shall be governed by the laws of the Maldives. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives to resolve any legal matters.
